One Year Pharmacist Services

Service Description

Pharmacist services can be contracted for 1 year with options to renew for longer periods. Pharmacist will be available for all athletic events and available when needed to provide drug information/consultations. Additional items and resources needed will be provided at signing of contract. The cost of this service is a yearly salary invoiced on a biweekly basis or as a lump sum payment.
